This Privacy Notice covers www.almond.business (the "Site"), operated by Almond Business, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, also known as Almond Business Company and Almond Business Co. ("Almond").

Almond does not sell personal information and does not use it for advertising.

2. What Almond Collects

Almond collects personal information at one place on the Site: the contact form.

When you submit it, you may provide your name, company, email address, phone number, and whatever you write in the message field.

You don't have to provide anything to browse the Site. Submitting the form is voluntary.

3. How It's Used

Information you submit is used to respond to your inquiry, discuss a possible engagement, and keep a record of business correspondence. That's all.

Anything you send before a signed agreement is not confidential. Don't send sensitive or proprietary information through the Site.

4. Third Parties

The Site runs on Squarespace and email runs on Google Workspace. Almond doesn't own or control either one, and their handling of data is governed by their own policies.

Squarespace independently collects technical data — IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, and analytics — through cookies and similar technology. Almond doesn't control that collection.

Almond chooses providers it considers reputable but makes no warranty about their data practices or security.

Almond doesn't share your information with anyone else.

5. Cookies

Almond doesn't place its own cookies. Squarespace places cookies needed for the site to function, for security, and for analytics. You can manage cookies in your browser; disabling them may affect how the Site works.

6. Retention and Security

Almond keeps contact form submissions and related correspondence as long as reasonably needed to respond, service an engagement, and maintain records.

Almond takes reasonable steps to protect information it holds. But no electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and information sent through the Site travels across networks and platforms Almond doesn't control. Almond can't guarantee the security of information in transit or on third-party platforms.

7. Your Choices

You can decline to use the contact form, ask for a copy of what Almond holds about you, ask Almond to correct or delete it, or ask Almond to stop contacting you.

Make a request through the contact form. For data held by Squarespace or Google in their own systems, contact them directly.

8. General

External links. The Site links to other sites, including LinkedIn and Google Maps. Almond isn't responsible for their content, practices, or security.

Changes. Almond may update this Notice at any time. The date above reflects the most recent revision.
